Mission of Local Leads
Your local leads agency is here to support you through a mutual partnership including public and private early care and education providers and stakeholders.
Advancing quality care and education in our community through mutual partnerships with providers, families ,and stakeholders in accordance to the LEARNS act.
Promoting early literacy and kindergarten readiness through a partnership with ADE/DESE and facilities providing high quality instruction and care.
Goals of Local Leads
To increase family and community engagement with early childhood providers
To assist with the needs of early childhood facilities
To engage stakeholders in the creation of innovative solutions to improve early childcare.
To allow provider’s voices to be heard in regards to licensure, curriculum, safety, and other important factors in Early Childhood policies
To connect families to quality and affordable early childhood care.
